Simply log in to your account and you will get detailed information about your VIP Lounge membership.

You can redeem points for discounts and free express shipping vouchers:
- 500 points - $5 OFF voucher
- 1,000 points - Free express shipping voucher
- 1,000 points - $10 OFF voucher
- 2,000 points - $20 OFF voucher
- 3,000 points - $30 OFF voucher
 Each tier has unique benefits—higher up the tier, better the perks and more points!

Once you reach the Ruby level, you will be able to enjoy all its benefits for 12 months unless your spending increases or you earn more points and move up to Diamond level.

- Add your birthday : earn 100 (Emerald), 200 (Ruby), or 300 (Diamond) points on your birthday! Enter your birth date on your account page.
- Follow us on Instagram: earn 50 points
- Like us on Facebook: earn 50 points
- Write a product review: 50 (Emerald), 100 (Ruby) or 150 (Diamond) points when you write a product review on our website.
- Refer a friend: 2,000 points when you refer a friend and they complete their first purchase (minimum order value $50) on burga.com.

You can check your points balance by logging into your account page.

Your vouchers will be available on your account page ‘Rewards’ section. Once you reach checkout, you will need to add your voucher code into the discount code box at checkout. Your discount code will be able to be applied when your cart reaches $30 ($5 OFF Voucher) & $50 ($10, $20, $30 OFF Vouchers).

No, only one voucher code can be redeemed at a time. If you have multiple codes in your account, you can choose which code you want to redeem at checkout.

Product reviews are only accessible to customers after they purchase that product. These reviews are emailed to customers a few weeks after the purchase, so keep an eye out on your inbox for one.

The status of pending means that your points are currently going through an approval period (14 days). Once the approval period is finished, these will become approved points.

If you see that your points have been deducted, it may be because you returned the order that earned you the points or it could be that the points have expired after 12 months.
