Really nice case and adds great layer of protection. Just so you know, this case is Apple Pencil 2nd Gen charger compatible. Just make sure the case is snug.

I think this case is definitely worth the money. The material quality is amazing; the “leather” is super soft and supple. Definitely doesn’t feel cheep! It’s also quite durable and protective. It feels sturdy and secure, not flimsy at all. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the case isn’t fully optimized for the 5th Gen iPad and 2nd gen Apple Pencil. The Apple Pencil holder on the case is not on the side of the iPad where it is supposed to charge. There is a spot on the case to place your pencil to charge it, but you can’t store it and charge it at the same time. This can be a bit frustrating when you want to charge your pencil while carrying your iPad around with you. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase!
