I actually had an issue with the first case I received. The colours looked very faded compared to the one shown online. I emailed Burga, just to let them know. Didn't ask for a new one or anything, just wanted to give feedback. They replied quickly to let me know they were sending a new one out at no charge. I received it within a couple of weeks and it's great
Cannot fault the amazing service, and the covers are awesome.
