ABOUT THE POSITION:

As the Lead Ads Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and revenue growth by designing captivating and effective advertisements across Facebook, Instagram and other ad platforms.

You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a talented design team ensuring consistent brand messaging and adherence to design standards across all advertising materials.

GET READY TO:

• Work closely with growth marketing team on main BURGA launches and ad campaigns from concept through completion;
• Design and develop exciting and high quality new visuals, generate new ad ideas;
• Deliver creative visual assets, static and motion design for performance marketing ads on various ad platforms.
• Help shape and improve BURGA social media ads;
• Contribute to our design processes and improve scalability
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels;
• Manage a team of in-house graphic designers;
• Learn everything about designing ads for e-commerce brand.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design with focus on social media ads;
• Have at least 2 years of experience in manager role;
• Have a refined taste with expert typography skills;
• Have knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development;
• Follow current social media, fashion, lifestyle and graphic design trends;
• Have excellent skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After effects is a plus;
• Have a burning passion for learning new things;
• Have excellent English skills.

SALARY: From 3000 Eur to 4000 Eur gross (we are open to discussing a higher salary if you have the skills to back it up).
